I've finally got my new walker. It cost just over £100 but it was definitely worth it. It's easier to fold up & fit in the car, all its wheels touch the floor, & its brakes work properly. Now all I have to do is sort out the attached bags, etc & I'm ready to go, at last!

Chair Exercises
I am trying to do more exercise, I already go to the Hydrotherapy pool regularly, & my Dr has suggested 'chair exercises' - does anyone know where I can find a book/DVD or other info on chair exercises particularly for people with balance problems [I had a really bad fall this week].
